What is the cancellation policy?
You are agreeing to pay for your new website over the course of 24 months. If you wish to cancel during the first 30 days, we will refund you the full amount you paid thus far. If you wish to cancel after 30 days, you have 2 options:
OPTION 1: You can pay off the remaining balance of the Total Cost. We will transfer all website files and databases to you and you gain full ownership of the website.
OPTION 2: You can stop making payments and your website will be disabled and we retain all rights and ownership of website files and databases.
Do you have a guarantee?
We guarantee you'll be thrilled with your new website. We also guarantee to respond to your update requests in a timely manner. We'll do our best to implement foundational strategies (ie technical SEO) to help rank your website higher on Google, but we can't guarantee any specific ranking improvement. How and where you rank on Google and other search engines is determined by a number of factors, most of which are outside our direct control.
Is there a way to see how many website visitors I get?
Yes, you will receive a report every month that includes traffic statistics. So you'll know how many people are visiting your website every month.
How quickly will you respond if I need my website updated?
During normal business hours, our response time can be measured in minutes. In most cases, we can make website updates the same day they are requested. Within 1 business day for sure.
What is SEO?
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It's how we optimize your website to increase the chances it shows up higher on Google and other search engines when potential customers are searching for the products and services you provide.
Do you provide email hosting?
No we do not provide email addresses or hosting for your business. But we are happy to refer you to an email hosting service and even help get you signed up.
